Terms
These terms are between you and Dopamine Digital LLC, trading as Night Shift Labs ("we"), for using Invoice Bot.
What it is
Invoice Bot helps you make invoices, repeat them and share a link to them. On the paid plan, Invoice Bot's AI sends your invoices to your clients, sends polite reminder emails, answers questions about your invoices and emails you a weekly report. AI-written text can be wrong, so you can ask Invoice Bot to show a reminder before it goes out. It is a tool: we are not a party to your agreement with your clients, we don't collect money for you, and we don't give tax or legal advice. Check that your invoices meet the rules where you work.
Free use
Making, printing and sharing invoices is free and needs no account. Free invoices live in your browser; if you clear it, they are gone.
Paid plan
- $9 per month (plus any tax Stripe adds), billed by Stripe until you cancel. It includes 100 reminders each month; unused monthly reminders don't carry over. Sending the invoice itself and your weekly report don't use reminders. Chat with Invoice Bot is included up to 200 messages a month.
- If you run out, reminders pause. You can buy 100 more reminders for $5 (one-time). Top-up reminders don't expire while your plan is active.
- Cancel anytime from "Manage billing" on your account page. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, but if something didn't work for you, ask us and we'll be fair.
- If a payment fails or the plan ends, paid features (saving to your account, reminders) stop; your saved invoices stay readable.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your content and reminders
You own your invoices. You confirm the details are accurate and that you have a genuine reason to email the clients you send reminders to. Don't use Invoice Bot for spam, fake invoices or anything illegal; we may close accounts that do.
No guarantees
This is a new, small tool. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but it is provided "as is", and email delivery can't be guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell subscribers by email before it applies.
Questions: reply to any email from us.
